Arias Dance NYC is a new school conveniently located in the heart of the Theatre Disctrict with over 55 professional, open classes a week. We offer classes in a variety of styles including Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Theatre Dance, Tap and more. Our commitment to offer quality classes at an affordable rate has created an incredible growth since its opening on January 2009 making Arias Dance NYC the Most Affordable Dance School in NYC. Our professional teachers come from a diverse background having trained and taught at some of the most distinguished schools such as Julliard, NYU, New York City Ballet, New Dance Group and more. Our diverse curriculum of classes is welcoming to all levels of dancers, Arias Dance NYC students include seasoned professional dancers and new comers to dance. In addition, some of our professional students and instructors are currently or have previously danced on Broadway, regional theatre and dance companies both in NYC and around the country. At this time Arias Dance NYC holds over 50 classes a week in all dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Theatre Dance, Modern Dance, Tap, Belly Dance, Break Dancing and Singing Classes and more.
Our children and young adult program has grown to over 20 classes a week in one year and the quality of the classes has been drawing students non-stop since its beginning on September 2009.
Arias Dance NYC is a division of Roy Arias Studios & Theatres who as a rental company, have over 20 rental studios and 5 Off and Off Off Broadway Theatres. Some of our rental clients include Broadway Shows such as NEXT TO NORMAL, BILLY ELLIOT, SPELLING BEE, LOOPED, BURN THE FLOOR and a number of Off Broadway Companies and Regional Theatres, including Second Stage, LAByrinth Theater Company, The Looking Glass Theatre Company and countless other.
